4. Payment Terms

• Payments are milestone-based unless otherwise agreed.

• All payments are non-refundable once the respective phase of work has commenced.
• Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final website design and content developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Any third-party assets (plugins, tools, or libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Website Performance & SEO

While we implement best practices for performance and search engine optimization, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.

8. Appointment Booking & Patient Data

Our websites may include appointment request systems. However:

• We are not responsible for how clinics manage patient data.
• Clients are responsible for complying with healthcare data protection laws.
• We do not store sensitive patient medical records unless explicitly agreed.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools such as hosting services, analytics platforms, or scheduling systems. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability
